Hello, my name is Kazushi.Tatehashi!(My name is Kazushi.Tatehashi.) I am a Tokyo-based professional fellow with a multidisciplinary background. I record my own skills and behavioral characteristics in various areas of work and life, and quantify the stage of skills required in the workplace, such as abilities and techniques necessary for work, manners, and communication skills, and train through courses and seminars to develop skills, and provide work experience, such as training and company internships, to deepen self-understanding. We also provide volunteer activities to help people find their own suitable jobs by repeatedly deepening their self-understanding through training and work experience at companies.
